Scrap pickup – plate renewal needed?
Two questions, really – I have a 2002 Toyota Echo (+300K) that has served me well and still runs, but I need to get rid of it. Do you pick up scrap cars if the plates haven’t been renewed? Also, can you pick up from an underground garage?
