FREE PARTS DAYS

Our Free Parts Days have become an annual event at Standard Auto Wreckers. On specified weekends from April to October (check our calendar), you pay $75 (incl. taxes) to enter our yard and remove all the parts you can carry out in your hands.

On the designated “Free Parts Day” Saturdays, customers have access to the entire self-serve part of the yard with their $75.00 admission fee. With up to 1000 cars and trucks to choose from, up to 2015 models (and also newer models may be available more coming in daily), YOU CAN’T LOSE! If you don’t find the parts you are looking for, or if the value of the parts is less than $75.00, we will give you an in-store credit for the difference towards a future purchase or entrance fee for another “Free Parts Day”.

Remember To Bring All Your Tools, As You Need Them To Stock Up On Parts!

1. Remove all the parts that you can carry in YOUR HANDS!

a. No Dragging of any parts is allowed.
b. No Ropes, Straps, or Carrying Devices are allowed of any kind (within reason)

2. Checkout – Questions

Please see a representative at the Free Parts Day booth if any entrant has questions or if they have more than they can carry.
a. Each load will be inspected on an individual basis to ensure compliance.

3. Individual / Personal Shopping only

All parts are to be taken out on an individual basis.
a. No Exporters or Trades People allowed to remove parts on the Free Parts Day Sale.
b. No Team-Work allowed – Do not pile parts on a hood or door and carry them out.
c. Maximum of 3 of the same parts are only allowed – NO multiple quantities of parts can be removed.
d. Do not take parts for their scrap metal value!

4. Once your band has been cut and you have exited the yard,

Then you can no longer re-enter the yard, unless you pay another entrance fee.
Make as many trips as you like for $75.00 per trip.
a. NO RE-ENTRY – Please check that you have your:
i. tools
ii. car keys
iii. cell phone
iv. jacket
v. etc.

5. All parts are sold on an AS IS – WHERE IS basis.

Please confirm that you are taking out the correct parts. Our sales staff can help provide an interchange print-out for you to assist you in making sure that the parts you are removing are correct. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate dismissal from the premises.
These mandatory rules are necessary to protect the vast majority of customers who frequently attend our sales and respect the fact that there has to be rules in place.

6. Engines and Transmissions

These have a core charge which will be refunded when your old engine or transmission are brought into us.

Promise: Be reasonable and you will be treated reasonably.

CLOSING TIME: ALL CUSTOMERS MUST CHECK OUT AT THE BOOTH BY 2:50 PM
